AH88PH Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

Each player may only hold one registered account on ah88ph. Creating or maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested by ah88ph. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, whether or not you authorised them. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the ah88ph support team immediately.

ah88ph may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification when requested may have withdrawal processing suspended until verification is complete.

All deposits and withdrawals on ah88ph are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

ah88ph does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited must come from a payment account or card registered in the name of the ah88ph account holder. Deposits sourced from unverified or third-party accounts may be frozen pending investigation.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposits on the account, or to a verified account registered in the player's name. ah88ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱100 (or as specified on the cashier page at the time of withdrawal).
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Most withdrawals are processed within one to three business days after verification is complete.
• Any applicable fees charged by payment service providers are the responsibility of the player.
• ah88ph reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending fraud investigations or KYC verification.

Players are responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties applicable to their winnings under Philippine law. ah88ph does not provide tax advice and makes no representations regarding a player's tax obligations.

From time to time, ah88ph offers bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. Unless stated otherwise in an individual offer's terms, the following general bonus rules apply on ah88ph:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met.

• RNG (Random Number Generator) game outcomes are determined by certified, independently tested algorithms. No manipulation by ah88ph staff or systems can influence individual game outcomes.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment operated by trained croupiers under monitored conditions. Video recordings of all live sessions are retained for dispute resolution purposes.

• Collusion, the use of automated bots, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ah88ph and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.

This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ah88ph.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection law. ah88ph's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ah88ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming programme.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a terms violation or legal requirement, any verified positive balance will be returned to the player via a method available to them. Account closures resulting from violations of these Terms may result in the forfeiture of account balances.
